A Guest favorite is the FIRE PIT where many have made life long, lasting memories gathering in comfortable Adirondack chairs. Grill outside and eat at the outdoor dining table. If it's raining, walk down to the front of the home and sit under the covered porch.
An important additional feature is ample parking and convenient entry to the home. There is a large, flat concrete driveway. And COVERED PARKING, seldom found in Lake Lue. Many homes in Lake Lure have steep or sloped driveways making it difficult for extended family to navigate. Not here, PARKING IS FLAT AND EASY. The driveway also leads up to the main level of the home, steps to the entry door. This makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze.
We are walking distance, or a one minute drive, to downtown Lake Lure where a highlight of our town is the boardwalk that runs along the lake by the picnic area, beach, downtown, and restaurants.
