Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“We did not stay here. We went to the location to check in and met the host. The inside of the home was clean, but the surrounding area was awful. The surrounding homes are dilapidated, with yards full of trash, broken furniture, and miscellaneous items that make it look like a junk yard. We asked the host about the area and were told it is an older community, but a very safe and good area. The host was still cleaning the unit, so we drove up the street and came across a police officer parked……

“The house was clean. The weather wasn't nice so wespent some time at the German Restaurant in the Old Town Sanford. Had some fun and good food.”

“Everything thing was very nice in the unit. We were close to downtown so we were able take in all the festivities and eateries around. It was a great experience. I love the Sanford vibes. I will be back soon. Great Hosts!”

“We had a great stay. This place is roomy, clean, and perfect for any length of stay. We had difficulty getting in with the code but host was able to help us immediately even tho it was past 9pm. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. ”

“We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool……

“The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. I did text the property……
