The perfect little house

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host took care of all of our needs; and even had extra amenities that we didn’t expect.(snacks, laundry detergent.) We’ll definitely come back when we are in the area again.

The cottage was very nicely laid out and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 day stay. We will use this place again when we return to Sandford, FL.

Place was great and the backyard was a nice spot to let my 3 year old run around. Hot tub was a nice for parents after getting kids to bed. It provided us a good place to land at the end of each day. Thanks Suzy.

Softball Tournament

This property is a gem. The property manger was very accommodating and helpful. The private pool is the best. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We had our coffee on the side patio every morning. The owners did a excellent job with renovations and it is a true Oasis.

Our Lake Mary Stay

Our host was exceptionally accommodating with our booking due to some last minute changes. We greatly appreciated it. The guest home was very clean & efficient and kitchen was fully equipped. There were nice little touches like Keurig cups & games.The bed was very comfortable and linens were top notch. It was lovely to have the pool all to ourselves. Would definitely consider staying again!!

Very Quiet area and easily accessible

I had surgery and stayed here for my recovery, nice quiet area, easily accessible to stores and very comfortable bed. I felt very comfortable while recuperating. Washer and dryer big plus and the pool was beautiful and well kept. I didn't get to use the pool but I sure would have loved to. I will be back when I have to go for my checkups

Sparkling clean and lovely!

This is one of the best rental places I have ever stayed. Suzy was extremely friendly and helpful and quick to answer her communications. The place is free standing and very quiet. Comfortable bed, cute living room and kitchen, easy check in, nice bathroom. I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood. I took a nice walk. I loved it and would stay here again for sure!

January get away

The property worked well for our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located for all of our travels from there to our son's house in Orlando and relatives campground in Osteen. The ROKU TV programing worked really well for local programing and watching our subscription services. Our only negative is the living room furniture was not comfortable for the evenings watching TV. We are used to our recliners at home. We definitely would stay there again.

Home away from home!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! There were lots of little touches that weren’t expected but so nice, especially after a long trip with young kids (even a handwritten note!). It was not only incredibly clean but also well decorated. The king size bed was super comfortable, also had plenty of floor space in the bedroom. The living room and dining areas were great for relaxing and even doing a little work on the provided Wi-Fi. Kids loved the TVs, snacks and wooden tic-tac-toe board! Coffee station was awesome, and we were even able to cook a couple meals in the well-stocked kitchen! Location was great also, and host was very responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing, and would definitely choose this home again when we’re back in this area! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

Great communication from the beginning. The house was more than we expected and was super cute! We fell in love with the area and felt very safe and was able to relax. We are in our late 40's and early 50's and this was perfect for us. I adored the bed! It was the highlight of our trip (I am not kidding)! Everything was super clean, very nice and current decor and appliances, and the pool area is gorgeous. We only was able to use it once but that is because we had so many things planned. I would stay here again and have recommended this property to others who plan to go to Orlando soon. My husband would like to return next year, and if so, we will try to reserve this location again! Thank you, Suzy for everything!
