"The room wasn’t fully clean, a used spoon was missed that was laying across the top of the electrical outlet. Other areas of the room were clean. Staff was friendly and courteous The rooms smelled clean and fresh I did not partake in the breakfast . "

"The breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Room was not great. It was clean, but the ceiling in the bathroom has some structural issues. Also, the room we were in was right above the portoco that leads into the front of the building. That is also where people smoke. Our a/c unit pulled in the cigarette smoke. I woke up sick from it. When I spoke to the front desk, he just nodded & said "okay, sorry about that." They need to update/upgrade their hvac system. Noone should have to endure that when they're sleeping. I was sick the whole day from it. "

"Sunrise Cottage was so beautiful!! The house was immaculate, fully equipped with everything you need! Home away from home! We loved our view of the lake and enjoyed our first visit to see our friends in Lake Milton. We will absolutely be back for another visit! Thank you very much! The Piazza's"

"I picked up a terrible rash / insect bites that started the first night and got worse the second. Almost a week later and it is just beginning to heal up. Contacted the hotel and they said it couldn’t possibly be them. The front desk people were stellar. Food was solid. Nothing else really to complain about - but my arms, legs and torso are all covered in bites that weren’t there when I arrived and which didn’t continue to spread when I left so… Something at that hotel disagreed with me. "
