“Great place to relax. Owners and staff were all very accomodating. Feels like home away from home. Will definitely come back.”

“Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. ”

“Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.”

“The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.”

“The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.”

“When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!”

“WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.”

“Will NOT recommend this Horrible place to anyone. The roads leading to the property was flooded. The property had a stench of foul fish smell, The dogs were incessantly barking day early morning and night time. Roosters were crowing at dawn. The whole property was rundown and dirty. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. The staff was nice but that is the only positive thing about the whole place. Karaoke was so loud until 3am. The pool water was being changed every 2 or 3 days but they……

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”

“The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. ”

“we had a bad experience we were not allowed to enter unless we pay again, we already paid in full thru online but it's not honored by the new management ,,there's a problem in booking between old and new management, think twice guys before you enter into any transactions otherwise you'll be the next victim ,it's disgusting ruined the birthday celebration of my daughter!”
