Back to the Ozarks
The property is as shown and pictured in Vrbo. The living space, outside deck, dock and access are great. This house matched most of our needs for a superb return to the Ozarks. We have visited the Ozarks for ~20 years when our 3 boys were younger. The house allowed us to have a single meeting space for 4 separate families. The only issues we experienced were the fan in the main living space never worked and the 4th bedroom (the lower level "in-law" suite) had bathroom issues and was extremely noisy.

Bayview Cottage
Just had a fabulous weekend at Bayview Cottage. 3 couples had plenty of room and the bonus basement similar to an apartment was available too! The house was well stocked as advertised. We LOVED the porch, amazing views and plenty of room for our group to hangout. The house is in a great cove for swimming, fishing and boating. Being able to watch the sunsets was a bonus as well. Would be happy to rent this again with family and friends.

A Piece of Heaven
Beautiful home and location! Very clean! The large decks were perfect for our family. Beautiful sunsets every night and our granddaughters loved seeing the ducks every morning that came into the dock area. Highly recommend this home and will be coming back!!! Definitely a 5 ⭐️

What a wonderful week!
We spent the week here with our family and it was perfect! The home is beautiful! The cove was quiet for swimming with the kids. Perfect area for tubing and great dock for our boat! We made s’mores with the fire pit and the big deck was perfect for our family meals and just hanging out! It was the perfect place for a perfect vacation! It really felt like home away from home!

Great rental house and vacation!!!
Wonderful experience for my first VRBO! Katie was so pleasant to work with from the start!!! The house is perfect - we had 11 people and all slept comfortably. The dock area is perfect for relaxing and floating - they provided a lily pad which was so much fun. It was close (10-15 min) from bars and restaurants. We took an uber once to Baxter's - highly recommended by Katie and others - it was $20.00 each way. The kitchen and grill area is very well equipped for cooking. We spent hours on the deck playing cards and games - So much fun and we made lots of great memories.!!! Would definitely recommend!

Great property and value! Top over our years of renting at the lake.
Great property all around. Love the location on the lake with entertainment options with and without the lake. Off of the main, yet expansive view of the cove and main channel. Calm cove for the family to chill on the dock and lake w/o the rough waters. PWC or boat all day in the cove to ski and do your water sports. House was in great shape, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Back deck a great place for the group to gather for stories and meals. This property should be at the top of the list in value, and will be at the top of our list for future years.

Relaxing week with family
Our family really enjoyed the large back porch from where we watched the lake and the kids fishing and swimming around the dock. The whole experience was positive overall. I’d say you really can’t park more than two cars. We were able to squeeze our third car on the side of the road, but not quite ideal. Great place to go with family. Property manager always responded quickly to questions.

We had a wonderful experience! The lake house was beautiful amd very clean, just as listed. Our whole family loved it and had a great time! We are already working on next year's trip back!! The host was was great too; we will be looking to return to the same property again hopefully next year!!

Great layout!
This is a great property for a large group. The 4 bedrooms gives everyone their own space. The downstairs fridge allows for more space for everyone’s food and drinks. The dock is nice for swimming and late night relaxing. The Lake location was perfect for a night boat ride to close bars such as Shady Gators and Tap Room. The carport is large enough for 4 vehicles. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space the house has. There are lots of spider webs and bugs but that’s to be expected at the Lake. The owners are great and answered all my questions prior to arrival. I would stay here again.

Thank you for the review and staying at our lake house. We do have a monthly service for pests and I have contacted them to make sure this is taken care of. They stated that it was peak season for web building outside and would be back out immediately. Darren Patterson

Perfect Place to Stay!!!
Our family of 8 had an amazing time at this lake property. It comfortably fit all of us. It has 2 covered decks with one having a large flat screen TV for a variety of outside activities. The dock was a great place to hang out when getting back from a day at the lake. Super clean with a fully equip kitchen and grills for outside cooking!

Best House on the Lake
My family stayed here in July 2021. Let me tell you that this is THE BEST house I've stayed at on the lake. The location was great. The house is large and well kept with plenty of beds and bed rooms. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing. There are two large covered decks. The top floor has large tables and furniture, a mounted flat screen tv and overlooks the lake. The best part is it was covered so we could hang out there when it rained. The dock is also very large and had plenty of seating. The house is in a little cove so the water is very calm for swimming and fishing. The owner, Katie, was also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Eight of us stayed here for a girls golf trip. We golfed all day and floated all evening in the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped for the meals we had planned and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Beautiful Property, Convenient Location
The house is spacious for 4 couples, there is A LOT of stairs to get into the house and down to the dock. We had one vehicle and 4 motorcycles, parking is very limited. I appreciate all of the little things like coffee, garbage bags, toilet paper, and toiletries at the property. There were quite a few spider webs in the doorways, decks and dock area, but it was fall and off-season. Even when we knocked down the webs, they were back the next day! Definitely a place I would return to and take my family to enjoy the lake and Ozark area, just not with motorcycles due to the steep curved entry and drive. The Owner was very easy to work with and and it is a beautiful spacious house.

Very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay, caught so many fish, one being a beautiful 14 lb cat fish, on our check out morning had a fish so big it broke my heave duty cat fish pole in half. We really had a blast. Thank you Katie for sharing your lake house with us! Sincerely the Naudet family

This is absolutely one of the best finds, ever, for my adult children, grandchildren and myself to enjoy some uninterrupted time together. The location, layout of home, spaciousness and well equipped kitchen was perfect for us and everyone agreed that this is where they want to spend future holidays at the lake!

We had a wonderful time during our trip to the Ozarks. We enjoyed an extended weekend with another couple and this was the perfect place! It had everything we needed and was in an awesome location! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the check-in/out process was seamless. We definitely plan to come back again with a few more friends or family, knowing that this house could easily accommodate more of us.

Family getaway
In the Top two Nicest places I have stayed in the 25+ yrs coming down to the lake. Clean, convenient locations and enough room to spread out. May sound funny but the nicest thing....they had shampoo and conditioner in showers, enough toilet paper and paper towels, had condemns in the fridge and things like tin foil. We packed all that stuff because no places have any or enough. Just a nice touch. Only negative was the dryer Didn’t dry good at all. But not a huge issue and I am sure they will fix it. Thanks for a great trip !!

Fantastic fun getaway home for our family!
We truly enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking many meals on the outside griddle and grill. The location was perfect for water fun. There were lots of steep steps so my parents had some difficulty getting around and were not able to get down to the dock, however they loved sitting on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the huge umbrella. We enjoyed our privacy in this cove and found ourselves around friendly people. Great experience and we loved the house!

Very impressive!
Three friends and I stayed at this house for a 3 day golf and boating weekend. The house has a great layout. It’s in a good location on the lake. It was very clean. There’s really nothing negative to say about it. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful place.
We had an awesome time. We left to go to store or pick up things, Other than that we were there the whole time either fishing, swimming, or just enjoying family time. We ate almost every meal at the house. Our whole family was there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. I believe everyone truly enjoyed themselves. Would highly recommend! Katie and Darren were very friendly, and easy to talk to.

Beautiful and relaxing home
Our stay was so relaxing. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bedding and towels were very plush and seemed new. There was plenty of room for our family, 5 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed (except food of course). The only issue we had was with water pressure. The owner said it’s been an issue for that part of the lake. We had to limit it to one water item running at a time, we made it work. The cove itself was very quiet. We were the only ones in the cove during our stay. The kids got to swim off the dock and didn’t have to worry about boat traffic. The neighbor even let them borrow some of his rafts to play with. The fishing was fun too, we caught several right off the dock. Overall, it was an amazing property. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Very nice house . Served 5 adults and 2 boys stay for the young guys first fishing tournament
We stayed here for four nights and the accommodation where great . Nice dock for 2 boats under cover and it a good fishing cove as well. The hosts where very helpful and did everything under there power to make the stay comfortable. Would recommend to anyone . No trailer parking at the house would be the only hang up we had.

Great Place to spend the holiday!!!
The house was clean and great for our family of 9. The separate basement room was great for our teen-age boys. The kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and had everything I needed to make a great meal , while the open floor plan allowed me to be able to talk to the rest of the family. Dream lake house getaway
Stayed here for Labor day weekend with a few friends and was really impressed with the house. Very clean and updated look with an incredible dock to relax on. So much better than staying in a condo and saying you're "on the lake". No issues with the house, property owners friendly and eager to assist. House has all the basics you'll need for a short stay and the location is perfect (went golfing and to the bars - both 10 min away). Rent it, you'll love it!

Beautiful, spacious, great location!
This house was beautiful and newly renovated and the location was perfect! It was just around the corner from one of our favorite places, Shady Gators! We also loved how the water taxis pulled right up to our dock to pick us up and drop us off. We will definitely try to book this house again for our next trip to the Ozarks!

Great house and location for all!
The property was perfect for our girls weekend! Plenty of space for everyone to stay and the decor was extra homey. The place had plenty of seating area for everyone to eat and hang out. We wish we would have had more time to take advantage of the dock, outdoor fire pit and other ammenties. We will definitely look into the rental again when returning to the lake.

The house was great! Will be renting again!
We had 9 guys and everyone was able to have their own beds. The house looks newly renovated so everything in the inside looks nice. They stocked the house with a lot of things we didn't think it would have. Towels, soap, wood to burn outside in the fire pit, gas grill, ketchup and mustard in the frig, cold glass cups, ice, meds, ice packs ( someone needed one got too drunk at a party lol) TV outside on the deck, surround sound system on the deck and a friendly neighborhood. Make sure you guys take care of this house we plan on using it over and over again.
