Nice place

Condo was clean. The building itself is older but the condo has been updated. Good view and the lake and conveniently located.

Issue with smell

The property was well decorated and clean but there was a smell of stale smoke and the floor was damp. I addressed this with the property manager who gave us a credit for a few days. The property itself is very nice. I’m not sure if the prior tenant had caused these issues or if it something else. I am sure they will address it.
