Great option on the lake

The property had everything we needed on site. Very nice decor with a vacation feel yet also very comfortable and homey feeling. Good location close to restaurants and activities. Great view of the lake. The 2nd bedroom has a window AC unit which is pretty noisy. We had to turn it off to sleep as it disturbed everyone even in the other bedroom with the door between closed, but maybe we are just light sleepers. We had very high temps during our stay and even with the window unit off the room stayed around 75 degrees overnight which was fine for our son to sleep. The only other thing to note is for anyone with pets there aren't many grassy options for them to do their business. There is a designated place for pets at the opposite end of the parking lot, but in the extreme heat we had while there it was rough walking there sometimes. My dog actually hated going there too, I think because of the smell coming from the dog waste receptacle. The heat probably didn't help that either. We ended up walking the sidewalk along the lake in front of all the condos and she would do her business in the rocks along there. I had great communications with the property manager throughout our stay for a couple minor issues. That was very much appreciated!

I am very dissatisfied with my stay. I expect some sort of return. It was not as advertised at all1. There were not two parking spots (we had to fight for one of 5 guest spots for our second vehicle)2. The second bedroom was atrociously bad. The air conditioning (window unit) was SO loud nobody could sleep, even with headphones. 3. The bunk bed bed was so old that it dipped into a V. This bed was not sleep able.4. The shower did not drain. We had to stand in our own dirty bath water. 5. We were lied to by Vacasa about this unit being on sale. You told us no. We spoke to a realtor here that said it is indeed for sale.This has been my worst VRBO experience ever. I will be rating it accordingly. The pictures falsely advertised this unit.I expect some sort of return for this poor experience. Thanks
