Great two Bedroom

The place presents as shown. I’m not a big and spider person so I cleaned the deck furniture in order to take advantage of the space. Two items to think about if renting: 1) The primary tub is a jacuzzi tub and very tall to step into for a shower. 2) The refrigerator does not have an ice maker and the ice trays supplied had not been filled. I filled them for the next guest. Big plus was the room darkening shades!!! It was a grest condo and I would certainly rent the space again.

The Stay

Check in was easy. Communication was easy and responsive. Place was clean overall but it was hairs in the tub and shower walls. The smell was not great due to the water being shut off to prevent pipes bursting prior to our stay. Manager stated that it will go away once water was flowing longer in the condo. But it was a horrible smell to deal with. The fireplace or jetted tub did not work. OVERALL nice place and host was apologetic and made good the best she could minus one thing. Would probably stay with them again but will ask more questions about the property up front.

Great facility with nice pools and beautiful views. Comfy and clean. Snafu with the door code upon check-in, but everything from there was smooth. Great location near the Dam and downtown Osage Beach. Will definitely look to return.
