Beautiful house, secluded lot, quiet cove, close to shopping/restaurants. The house was amazing! Clean beautiful decor, plenty of space, great attention to detail ❤️ definitely would come back!

Best VRBO for a large group.
The property was absolutely stunning as mentioned. Spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. 2 fully equipped kitchens with every appliance you could think of, so leave yours at home. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans available so you can leave those home as well. Per our guest, every bed was comfortable. Plenty of space to unwind and drift off in a quiet spot if we needed to. Both decks equipped with enough seating space to enjoy a meal outdoors. Friends enjoyed fishing on nice spacious dock. The coffee bar was the cutest little station to setup for coffee, donuts and breakfast pastries. Card and board games available. Laundry room on 1st floor and lower level very clean. The Sonos sound system was a big hit along with the beautiful drop-down bar. (Thanks for the ideas.) The host Connie was amazing, responded quickly to every question I had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her words to me were have fun, enjoy and that we did. Our stay was delightful, and the property exceeded our expectations. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I've posted a tour of the house, and everyone is asking for the information to book this house. We can't wait to return! Many thanks to the owners for renting out this amazing large home. Connie, people may message you and say Melissa did a tour and I'm ready to reserve my dates.

Girl’s Trip
This property is excellent! We had 7 women in our group and we never wanted to leave. The house has several gathering areas and all the bedrooms are secluded and private. Highly recommend!! The listing says there’s a hot tub but it’s actually a jacuzzi bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Not an actual hot tub.

Wonderful place for girls weekend
This is an absolutely lovely property. We booked the place for a girls trip and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for eight people, all of whom had their own bedroom and bathroom. The decor is sleek, modern yet cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking and serving meals. The weather was so cold that weekend, we never left the house! Yet we had a great time simply hanging out in this spacious, beautiful property. We will definitely book this place again!

Family Thanksgiving stay
I think it can be summarized by my 9 year old grandson who said. We need to stay here again next year. It was a perfect fit for our get together. It was as advertised and more.

Great place for a family
It’s a great property that can accommodate a relatively large group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The internet needs to be better. It’s virtually non-existent in the lower level. Overall a great time!

Wi-Fi and Communication with Property Manager Nightmare
The INCORRECT Wi-Fi name and password were initially sent to me. "LOLHI" which seemed odd at first. When we arrived at the property and tried connecting, the info was not found/not valid. Numerous attempts were made to the phone number provided for the Property Manager, Blake. My phone calls and voice message went Unanswered for a while. I then decided to TEXT and got a response finally! I was given totally different Wi-Fi log-in information. LAKETIME. How do you mix those two up?! Very "Undesirable" first impression of Management. No APOLOGY for the inconvenience nor EXPLANATION was offered on why or how the wrong info was provided from the beginning. LOLHI. Also, there was a bag of trash that was left in the lower private kitchen pantry upon my arrival at the property. BEWARE: If a problem arises, the property manager never answers the phone.

Hi Bonita, To follow up with you after speaking to your daughter, I want to again apologize for the inconvenience you had with the internet log ins. We did verify that the WIFI log/in and passwords displayed on both levels of the home are correctly identified. In connecting with a person to person to discuss, Blake is no longer involved with the management and we are in the process of changing all contact info. The other contact was in flight during your request time. I have spoken to the cleaners of the left behind garbage. In full apology, I sincerely hope this did not hinder you and your group from having a great time at our home. If you could take a few minutes to please let us know what you enjoyed the most, that would be great, so we can strive to always do better to make each stay an enjoyable one. Thank you Connie

Outstanding!
Perfect vacation lake house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location. Beds and pillows very comfortable. We really appreciated a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. Great communications with owner/manager. Exceeded expectations!

Great Family Vacation
Perfect property for our family of 13! The house was spacious, included 2 separate kitchens/living rooms, and 2 large decks with more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was tucked away in a cove which was great for swimming, fishing, and hanging out on the dock. Next to the dock was a boat slip with a short easy ride to the main lake. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the Ozarks!

Fun Time
The place was perfect for our party of 20. Easy access to anywhere on the property no matter where you are in or outside of the building. Surrounding neighbors were very welcoming. Bring your own life jackets if you plan to be on the water.

Great adult only vacation, mom and 5children with spouse.
Property provided lots of areas for privacy and relaxation. Weather did not cooperate the first two days but the sun did shine. House is spotless and well equipped. I have never rented a house that had as many cooking utensils and pots and pans. Not a property for small children.

Adult Spring Break
This is our Second year staying at this property and we are very pleased. There were enough bedrooms and space for everyone and plenty of room for Cooking. I just love the two full kitckens! Amazing house
This was amazing and perfect for a couples getaway. It was very convenient to have two kitchens with 3 dishwashers and ovens we really had a great time. The owners are very responsive and helpful. It could of been cleaner and there was a delivery of chairs that took up a lot of the upstairs living space. Would recommend to anyone with a big group!

Thanksgiving gathering
We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving weekend and it was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was provided for you. It was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and direct access to a bathroom from their bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

Lovely Home but Disappointed
All communication prior to arrival was top notch. After check-in, the communication was non-existent. The downstairs ceiling had a leak, and maintenance was sent out to fix right away, but there was no follow up or apology for the inconvenience. We had to clean both ovens, the entry floor, and the upstairs kitchen area. We communicated this, along with about 10 other items via email, still no response or apology as of today 11/12/2022. The cleaning fee is not on the lower end. Between the initial cleaning we did upon arrival to the extensive check-out procedures with cleaning after yourself (or you may be penalized by fees), it was extremely disappointing. The property is stunning. Location is great. I want to say this is a “one off” moment for the property owners/managers, and hope the review is met with an opportunity for improvement.

The house was great for a large group. The location was good and the house had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Family reunion 2022
My family does a reunion every other year at Lake of the Ozarks. This house was amazing and fit our family well. We would rent it again for sure. Some basic maintenance issues need to be addressed but nothing that impacted our overall stay.

Beautiful home!
The house was as beautiful as the pictures—just could have used a little more cleaning. Regardless, we very much enjoyed our stay. The family enjoyed fishing from the dock, and the nice quiet cove was perfect for the kids paddle boarding and kayaking.

Great location, neighborhood, and layout
16 of us met up at Lake of the Ozarks for the first time... ages ranging from 7 to 68. We had a blast. The house is located at the end of a cove and you have your own boat docks and swim dock. We swam, fished, and rented a boat while we were there. Being near the back of the cove made it nice because there was less water traffic and people so it was relaxing and fairly quiet. The owners were easy to contact. While the house is nice, I would say that it is in need of some maintenance. I made a list and sent it to the owners so it will be up to them to repair the items that need it (i.e. outside of house needs powersprayed, dock lights dont work, ceiling fans in several rooms would change speeds, freezer door broken, etc). Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay.

Great Place!
Amazing house on the lake. There were a few minor things however after informing the owner and they were taking care of/replaced for us. We rented a boat and it was great that we could dock it right at the house. Traveled with family so the age age was 2-60 and everyone had a great time and there was lots of place for us all. Friendly neighbors as well.

Friends and Family Spingbreak getaway
The property looked just like the pictures. The home was beautiful and Accommodated all 16 of us nicely. The fact that the pull out couch on the First floor had Barn doors to close it off from the rest of the living room was Perfect! That created a 9th bedroom. All the rooms were spacious and nicely laid out. The fact that it had two full kitchens was a Bonus because we cooked 3 meals a day. The downstairs Bar was Amazing and we utilized both decks. There was plenty of Space to entertain We had a Relaxing time and plan on Renting again next year

7 couple retreat weekend
What a tremendous experience, even in January. The home itself is a vacation inside. We even got a little outdoor time when it got up to 55 degrees one day. We ate, slept and were able to host 7 couples for a marriage retreat weekend. It was very comforting to each couple to have their own bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The house was plenty spacious and we had the main content of our weekend on the AV system in the lower level. 2 kitchens for cooking was a huge plus and the house had every utensil and serving dish known to man. Lots of hot water to share, too. Everyone left complimenting the accomodations and ready to come back again. Thank you!

Employee Retreat
This is a great property for our winter retreat. My team works hard during the summer months at our marina so this is an opportunity to treat them to a nice home where we can relax and enjoy! Plenty of space to spread out but cozy enough to enjoy each other’s company.
