「The room appeared clean but comforter had stains. There was screw holes in bathroom walls and it looked like poor installation. There was garbage all over back door entrance.」

「Overall okay but they didn’t clean the room and didn’t bring us towels during our stay. Staff were kind and helpful. The pictures were different. Location was really good.」

「Wifi and television did not connect so we were unable to work on our computers or even watch local channels. Room was poorly lit and smelled stale. Bathroom is cramped with poor venting and extremely small shower stall. Walls are extremely thin; can hear people clearly in the hall and next door. Overall was a bed to sleep in and nothing more.」

「The breakfast was nice and included. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but the property is showing its age. The price seems high given the overall quality, but options are limited in Spencer and likely as good as you will find.」

「Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the room darkening shades and slept so good! The only staff member we saw was the man who checked us in and he was so happy and pleasant. He also did amazing at breakfast and was cleaning tables after each guest was done and making sure everything was full. Only neg part was the syrup was very sticky but the second day it was much better! We already reserved our spot next year.」

「Staff was helpful in giving suggestions on things to do. Shower floor was disgusting. Need to be cleaned or replaced. Rest of room and bathroom was good. Tv/ cable didn't work well at all. All channels were glitchy except one and that was Nickelodeon. Even tho the room was supposed to be smoke free it sure didn't spell that way. Overall location was great.」
