Stuff was difficult, room dirty and not well kept. Walk ways were not shoveled or salted. Had to move rooms and had difficulty getting refunded. Terrible experience!!!

The room is so dated and tacky. There were insufficient outlets in convenient places to charge devices. Could not access the wi fi and there was no staff on premises to help.

The staff is almost no existent. there was no access to the office or the room that had vending, guest stay and local information. the room we stayed in had absolutely zero guest information in the room, only one night stand, no wash clothes. There were a few staff sightings, but they would just look at you from a distance and offer no help. I guess this is what happens when big money buys up a lot of small mom and pop motels. I grew up in this area; this place has gone downhill.

There was no front desk staff to check in with or speak to about issues, just a paper with a phone number taped to the door. The mini-fridge stopped working, so our leftovers expired. The shower door fell off while I was in the shower. More minor complaints include the vents being dirty, lightbulbs missing, the broken curtains not closing all the way, and minor aesthetic problems like unpatched holes in the walls where items used to be. It all added up to a very cheap impression. On a more positive note, there was at least hot water, heating, and the sheets were clean and unstained.

Room was never cleaned, lights didnt work , refrigerator not working, used shampoo bottles. Room was over double priced for holiday weekend than it normally would be. management offered no solution other than 10% off ..I had my little one with me so i ended up booking another room an hr away

This place looks local, but it is a corporate schill. I booked a room to see the fireworks at the Ice Castle. When the temps forecasted were -20, I requested cancelling because I was told not to be in that weather because it was dangerous for me because I am coming off heart surgery. Bookin.com was in agreement and willing to cancel. They attempted 3 times to get ahold of Gauthiers, no reply. I emailed twice and left 2 voice messages. No reply. It is disturbing to see the continued cruelty all around us. I ate the room rate ( twice as much as the day after) $253. Needless to say, I will never book there again.

Room was comfortable, view is nice. Bathroom is small. Bed a little firm. Room was noisy at night with the heating & random loud noises at night. Also the place is right next to a main road. Parking can be tight on holiday or busy weekends. Overall not bad for a quick weekend getaway.

The wifi did not work (apparently, they were had a repairman there earlier in the day), and there was still food in the fridge from the previous visitor. The bathroom was very small. There was no mat on the floor at the front door so we tracked snow and slush just inside the entrance. The entire room could use a renovation. Anyway, I called about the wifi and the food in the fridge and they were happy to give us a 10% discount, so that's okay.
