This property did not send any information about check-in until the day of arrival despite our many attempts to contact them. We provided phone and email details on multiple occasions leading up to the arrival date. A form was to be submitted but the form was never sent to us. The room code to enter the room was sent at 11pm on the day of arrival which was clearly much too late. We ended up having to book elsewhere and will be disputing the charge for this stay. Their automated check-in system is clearly flawed. Very frustrating experience.

Found a dead fly between bed sheets, making us question when they have been changed? No mattress protector, concerning. Cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom, hot water took a while to heat up. Exterior door was also broken, looked like it has been kicked in in the bottom corner or perhaps just slammed shut several times it has become loose. Messaged the property about wifi and never got a response.

We had the suite. The rooms were renovated. However, they didn’t seem well maintained. We had a clogged shower drain on the first night. They fixed it the next day but it just clogged up again by the time the 2nd person showered. We had to suck it up as there is no one on site. We asked for extra towels. Instead, they took our towels and replaced the ones we had leaving us still short. Responses to the text message and Expedia messages were non-existent. We had to call through Expedia to actually resolve the drain issue and had to follow up as the office is apparently only open until 3. It was a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place.

Contactless check in is/was inconvenient. I don't read or answer emails/texts while on vacation. Lone housekeeper and a guest helped with my check in, I than discovered how to gain access to room. Room was okay, bathroom was fairly newly redone, Main floor had a hump and was spongy. Maybe owners should take a better walkthrough with people that know things. Contactless not for everyone. No one to help out if there is an issue. Phone number and call is not same as face to face. Call me old school cause I am. Served the purpose for one night.

Overall clean space, it's self check in so you don't really interact with any staff. Just a few suggestions would be, to add hooks to hang coats, jackets by the door or in the room somewhere. The bathroom also could use a shelf to put toiletries on. But good space and close to main town where all the shops and restaurants are.

We were getting in late from a long trip and leaving early in the morning. We just needed a bed and a shower. This was exactly what we needed at a great price. Being able to pull up right in front of the room, and get in with the access key code provided by staff allowed us to brush teeth and get to sleep immediately. The property is not in pristine condition, and the site's swimming pool was still closed in mid June, but we weren't there to hang out at the motel. There is a lot to see and do in the immediate area.
