"The hotel itself is pretty central, sadly the street it is on is incredibly sketchy. As soon as it got dark there were terrifying screams coming from across the street, but the staff did mention at check in that they close the front doors at 9 pm! We definitely found out why. But going back to the staff, very cold and short in their interactions. The room was super humid and musty, the carpet was dirty, and the windows were covered in layers of dirt you could barely see the view. The only saving grace was the bed and pillows, they were surprisingly comfy. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here nor would I recommend it sadly."

"I wanted to give a good review, but the stay was not worth the $$$. Luckily I was with my nephew and not my wife. She would have been horrified to see that condition of the space and the smell (musty) was horrid! "

"Excellent extremely convenient location to visit New Orleans and easily experience the French Quarter Bourbon Street experience including the Jazz club on the property with a hotel entrance on one side and Bourbon Street entrance on the other side. "

"No indication that it’s an outdoor motel on the website. No help from desk check in on where you have to go (clear across a courtyard to another building), hard bed, paper thin walls, dusky smell, overall old/tired motel feeling. Not a hotel like the dozens of other Country Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. "

"The night shift security guard was awesome! Helped me out multiple times from checking in, too getting lost and needing a ride back to even providing me with change for the laundry machine and then driving me back to my room again when it was raining heavily. Overall an incredible guy! "

"The entire room was patched up the doors floors, peeling baseboards. It smelled like urine loud air condition limited channel on TV one lock on the doors were so so. I read reviews but those are subjective but in this case they were true. "

"This is fine for a cheap, basic hotel. The sheets seemed clean but the bathrooms and hotel facilities were run down and needed a cleaning. "
