“Our stay was nice. The entire facility was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our visit. Our only concern was that the bed was too firm for our liking. ”

“Overall a nice property. Front desk lady was awesome and extremely friendly! My only negative comment is that the room itself is in dire need of deferred maintenance. Both the shower head and bathroom sink faucet were shooting water from the connections. Also the shower curtain was almost ripped out of the shower wall. These are very simple fixes but hadn’t been done. ”

“The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.”

“Lawn area going to the Trinity River is great. Several areas to relax and enjoy nature. I liked the room as well which was comfortable and clean. I hope the pool is opened up after memorial day as the website indicates.”

“The Hope Inn was exceptional in every way. The inn itself was warm, welcoming and impeccably decorated. Super clean. The owners welcomed us and explained how everything worked. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Redding and great restaurants. The location was close to everything. The grounds were stunning. When we came back at night the grounds were sparkling with twinkling lights. It was magical. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our time at the Hope Inn!!”

“The place needs remodeling. I believe it’s under new management. Their sign was the old name. First room smelled bad. Phone was dirty sticky. Didn’t work. 2nd room the remote control didn’t work. Overall decent for a one night stay. The front desk had nice professional receptionist and great customer service ”
