“This house is as described and seen. Easy to get to, nice inside and out, could use a few updates to make stay more enjoyable. This house was perfect for a quick little get away and Rapids is just a little drive away. Enjoyed the fireplace, living room setting - was great to sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood, could be busy in summer with area parks, water around. Weather didn't allow us to utilize the back deck, but looked inviting! I would recommend for a family or a few friends. “We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday here, and although the weather was unkind we still had a great time. We played outdoors with all of the fun provided while we could. The new pavilion roof over the hot tub was fantastic so we used it frequently in the snow/rain (only complaint was the low water level in the hot tub). The natural wood fireplace was so cozy, well appointed kitchen, and the kids loved the bunks and games. Generous host with accommodating details for our stay, very pleased.……

“Beautiful home with plenty of room for lounging around. Very accommodating hosts. Plenty of things to do, from kayaking, board games, and a ping pong table that was used a lot! There is even a nice poker table in the loft area for card games. Plenty of countertop space for preparing meals. There are 2 different boat launches 10 minutes away in either direction from the house if you are into fishing or boating. Seen turkeys and deer in the morning while drinking coffee on the deck which overlooks……

“We brought the whole family together for a retirement party and several members needed somewhere to stay. For our older folks, this was a very comfortable and quiet respite from the chaos of the main house with small kids. Perfect location for our needs.”
