"When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day. They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 ..."
