“stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but……

“Scott and Sharon's Old Hut was quirky and charming. They have put in of thought and attention to detail and the result is a fun, unique and comfy place to stay. It is handy to lots of interesting places, both free and touristy. Scott and Sharon were friendly and had lots of great suggestions about where to go and what to see. Highly recommended!”

“Location was perfect for our occasion for a sports tournament which was only a 5 minute walk! House was beautiful and the spa was a bonus to keep our little one entertained. Basics for our stay was good. For heating the fireplace wasn't usable and was replaced by fan heaters which we counted about 5 within the house. Huge house with so much potential if they were to add to make this house more homely.”

“A lovely area and a nice home. A mirror in the bedrooms would have helped as there were 12 of us and the only mirrors are in the bathrooms. Other wise a very good place to stay”
