“Nice service, clear instructions for parking”

“This was our favorite stay in NZ! We were in the Tekapo room with direct views of the gorgeous turquoise lake, mountains, and Church of the Good Shepherd. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at nigh, sitting on our private patio overlooking the lake. The room is fabulously appointed - very eclectic! It literally took 2 minutes to walk to the city center then down to the lake. We had a toaster, microwave and fridge - all we needed to enjoy a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Really……

“Very clean. There is a tiny view of the lake and you are one house off the main road so it’s noisy on the deck. The mountains are pretty but, Looks much more like there is a big view than there is. ”

“Our family had a poor experience at this property. There were several safety issues (a low smoke detector battery that managment should have noticed and addressed before occupancy, and an electrical switch sparked when engaged (!)), the whole unit needs a deep clean, and there is a fair amount of road noise from the nearby main road. Management's communications were either repetitive or conflicting, and they asked us to check out 2 hours early at 9 AM for their convenience. This rental is not……

“We stayed at Crystal Water Ohana as a family with our three adult children and really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful, luxurious new home — very clean, comfortable, and actually felt even more spacious than it looked in the photos. All the heaters worked really well, which we especially appreciated as we were visiting towards the end of winter. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We actually cooked two meals at the house during our stay, and it was very convenient……

“This is a very modern hotel and probably the best place to stay near Lake Tekapo in recent years. The room was spotless, and the shower was well-maintained with no signs of mold at all.”

“After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. ”

“房間非常寬敞舒適。景色非常良好。 客房內的物品非常齊全，適合自助多天的客人”

“It was the best in the town centre! Close to everywhere! Easy parking! Beautiful room and scenery! Worth money! ”
