The pre-check-in text made arrival smooth and efficient, and self-parking was simple and free. Great location, better than being on the Strip, if you have a car.
The rooms are modern, attractive, and spacious, with useful dressing areas. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were the best I have ever used. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out, but they worked well.
Virgin has clearly reimagined the hotel room experience, and the room felt like home.
The pool was wonderful and spacious, which made the stay feel especially memorable.
One drawback was the lack of a refrigerator, which was inconvenient.
We would gladly stay here again.
