10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely the most affordable relaxing property the staff and suite were fantastic I could not get over the size and furnishings in the suite the bedroom overlooks the golf course with a nice balcony access!"

"What we liked: Although our room was on the second floor, we could drive up and around to the back so we could park right in front of our door and not have to take any stairs. The room was pretty clean and comfortable enough. There were a couple chairs on the balcony so we could sit outside. This may sound a bit weird , but it was handy to have a shelf/nightstand on both sides of the bed we used (and not just one between the two beds in the room). What we didn’t like: We stayed for three nights and expected staff to come daily, at the very least to check/take garbage, refill coffee supplies, and remove dirty washcloths. The last night we went to the office (which was in the hotel across the street) to get some and learned that they only do that upon request of the customer. Had it been stated somewhere, we might not have felt so annoyed. The screen on the bathroom window was almost completely torn off."

"I have rated two stars only for the location of the property. The property is falling apart, and the signs are visible as you walk through the property. We were given a room and as we walked towards our room the whole corridor was filled with cigarette smoke. The room assigned to us had furniture that had lived its age, no usb ports, charging stations or extra power points. When we made reservation, we had requested a microwave in the room, didn't get it. We received a message saying if we need anything during our visit, we should contact the property by replying to it. I asked about the microwave and didn't get any reply. Later we went to ask for the badminton/tennis court and were informed that we have to have our own rackets for playing. Outdoor pool closed (mentioned in reservation sheet), plunge pools closed. Staff at check-in check-out desks may need better training as they don't give enough information and keep their conversation to yes and no's. Overall, not a good stay."
