Wake up to the quiet rhythm of lake life in this beautifully renovated cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee, tucked into one of Meredith’s most desirable waterfront neighborhoods. This is the kind of place where mornings begin slowly, coffee in hand, and the day unfolds at the lake’s pace.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, welcoming interior designed for comfort and simplicity. Two private bedrooms with queen beds offer peaceful nights, while the open loft provides flexible sleeping space—perfect for kids, extra guests, or a cozy movie night hideaway. The home feels relaxed and functional, with modern finishes that make longer stays easy and comfortable.
The living space flows naturally outdoors, inviting you to spend as much time outside as in. Just beyond the door, a stone patio with picnic table and grill sets the scene for lakeside meals, afternoon snacks, or evenings spent unwinding after a day on the water. A short walk brings you to the shared sandy beach, where swimming, sunbathing, and slow afternoons by the lake become part of your routine. Two inflatable paddleboards are available for guests who want to explore the shoreline and soak in the views from the water.
This cottage is ideal for families and small groups looking to experience the Lakes Region in a relaxed, authentic way. Spend your days paddling, swimming, or exploring downtown Meredith just minutes away. In the evenings, return to the calm of the neighborhood, enjoy dinner outdoors, and watch the light change over the lake.
Whether you’re visiting for summer lake days, colorful fall foliage, winter adventures at nearby Gunstock, or a peaceful spring escape, this cottage offers a comfortable home base for enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee year-round. House Rules
