「The room was well maintained with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The breakfast was a bit lack luster for the price paid, was hoping for a bit more selection. The cold water dispenser next to the juices only was operational during breakfast hours and most of the time wasn't working. This wasn't one of my favorite stays. I'd recommend it to those looking for a place to sleep and relax/play in the pool and hot tub area.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at The Mill at Waunakee. It is a self check in hotel, so we did not deal with any staff. Ample onsite parking available. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great! There is a coffee shop downstairs. We had two excellent breakfast experiences there. The location is terrific, walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops. We had a very nice time!」

「Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road.」

「The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.」

「Cheap, no-frills--if you're looking for a place to stay and aren't picky it works. My room was reasonably clean, A/C worked well but had a loud throb. They ran my card, but then wrote the whole number & the security code on the receipt. Person at desk claims it is confidential and no-one is allowed behind the desk. When I dropped off the key on the way out in the morning a pile of people's receipts with cc #'s were sitting there on the unattended desk if anyone wanted to grab them. This...

「This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
