“Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay the 2 weeks at this residence. It will definitely be considered in the future as I……

“Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Chris was amazing and gracious. He responded to emails immediately. Private entrance. Great parking It was on a very quiet and private street. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and stores. You couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend it. Thank you, I appreciate you. Chris 10/10”

“The place was pretty clean - towels and bedsheets smelling very fresh. The place is exactly as the pictures. The only issue I had was the lock not working with the assigned code but the host made sure I got a physical key. My checking was at 3pm but I couldn't arrived until midnight... GOSH, he answered the phone at that time to help me out. Juan was awesome!”

“Great place. Very clean. Great area.”

“We had a good time at this property. It is part of a multiple unit, one story building. The property managers were very easy to communicate with. Lisa was timely in her repsonses to our questions before and during our stay. This unit is good for singles or a couple. It is one large room with a bed and a TV on a wall mount. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit makes this a good place for a longer term stay. The shower had good water pressure. And they provided shampoo, conditioner,……

“This property was clean and bright. The location was quiet and had a nice atmosphere both inside and outside of the property. The host was very accommodating and communicative. If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to stay that is centrally located to Lake Worth beach and West Palm, this is the place for you. ”

“Great. Quiet, pet friendly , nice host ”

“In der Laufnähe zum Strand, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und sonst gut angebunden.”

“Communication was very delayed which made my trip stressful before checking in. The biggest issue I had was that the pull out bed is missing a support under the mattress which made sleeping very uncomfortable because the mattress would sink between the supports. I would definitely recommend them replacing that entire pullout bed. Other than that everything else was nice and clean.”

“Well, when we pulled up maybe the motorcycles in the yard across the st should have tipped me off. I didn't really mind they used the st lights to work on whatever they were doing till very late. It was probably the guest upstairs screaming at his child and saying every curse word you can think of about the TV. And oh all the banging around. This area is not what I recommend for any family get away. Its was pathetic and should be closed down. Please be smart! Study the map. Its my own fault. I……

“Great little place. Nice location. Just far enough from the nightlife to be quiet at nice but close enough to walk everywhere. I would stay here again. ”

“First we arrived at 7:00 pm after traveling all day to find the space we rented had not been cleaned. Took about 20 minutes before owner responded to me. Immediately put us in an upstairs unit (there are 4). Steps a little steep for me. Unit was clean and comfortable but had to live out of suit case. No where to put any clothes except for Hamby’s few. Kitchen had very minimal to get by with. First morning after coffee I left my spoon on a napkin on the counter. When we returned that afternoon……

“We were visiting our daughter at Palm Beach Atlantic University and wanted a place close by. This was about a 12 minute drive. It was well kept and comfortable. We found the cutest French cafe for breakfast just a block away. We are definitely planning on staying here again.”

“Beautiful and very comfortable apartment! I especially loved that there were washer and dryers available! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We can’t wait to stay again!”

“If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other……
