“We were visiting our daughter at Palm Beach Atlantic University and wanted a place close by. This was about a 12 minute drive. It was well kept and comfortable. We found the cutest French cafe for breakfast just a block away. We are definitely planning on staying here again.”

“Well, when we pulled up maybe the motorcycles in the yard across the st should have tipped me off. I didn't really mind they used the st lights to work on whatever they were doing till very late. It was probably the guest upstairs screaming at his child and saying every curse word you can think of about the TV. And oh all the banging around. This area is not what I recommend for any family get away. Its was pathetic and should be closed down. Please be smart! Study the map. Its my own fault. I……

“Great value and very responsive host”

“First we arrived at 7:00 pm after traveling all day to find the space we rented had not been cleaned. Took about 20 minutes before owner responded to me. Immediately put us in an upstairs unit (there are 4). Steps a little steep for me. Unit was clean and comfortable but had to live out of suit case. No where to put any clothes except for Hamby’s few. Kitchen had very minimal to get by with. First morning after coffee I left my spoon on a napkin on the counter. When we returned that afternoon……

“I like this property it was convenient. It had everything I needed. I would request another couple of pillows and another couple of towels but otherwise everything was very good.”

“If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other……

“This booking was an add-on to our original trip since the rental we had reserved for the week wasn’t available for the extra two days. This spot turned out to be fantastic!We had a minor “bump” upon arrival, and the hosts were quick to take care of everything to our complete satisfaction.We have stayed in West Palm Beach multiple times as our daughter attends PBA, and we are so happy we’ve discovered this neighborhood of Lake Worth.
