Since we checked in late at night, the staff were great in communicating how to get in, wifi codes, etc. Miguel and Leslie at the front office were very wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. "Luckily I was able to get a ground floor room and was also able to check in early. When I came back from my visit, I tried to get on to the WiFi and the person on duty was very helpful. By the time I got back to my room, the WiFi was gone and when I tried again there was no such network. The guy who had helped me was already gone so I had no WiFi. "
