“This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again.”

“Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in.”

“We really enjoyed this retreat. It was exceptionally clean & very well thought out and private. Sitting out on the deck over looking the seasonal lake, while listening to the songs of the waterfowl & Steelers Jays… And watching the ducks and geese with those little fluff ball babies waddle up to the grass area of the yard was a real treat.. We never once clicked on the TV as the view has everything we needed. Very comfortable & peaceful indeed.”

“Spacious, clean and above all very well stocked house. We travelled with kids and parents and the house was perfect for us. There was ample things to do for the kids (hot tub, pool, game room, TV) and for adults to relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. I had multiple decks/patio and a screen room to sit outside and relax. We really appreciated that the house was very well stocked. It had everything you may need from pool towels to extra blankets, baby chair, video……

“The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for……

“This was a wonderful home for a family with kiddos. The hottub was a wonderful way to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. There is shade and plenty of lounging. We visited in April and the pool was freezing. If the pool is what your going for, i would visit in warm weather months and the pool would be great for swimming. The outdoor furniture and big picnic table is great for projects, meals, and relaxing. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the weather and listening to the owls and……

“I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed.”

“First, the bedrooms and main areas of the house were very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, we all slept great. Sadly, the kitchen was terrible. The stove was a small propane unit that appeared to have natural gas nozzles on the burners, big tall yellow flames instead of the nice blue flame that supposed to be there. Also a burner didn’t work. We had to change our meal plan because there simply wasn’t enough utensils in the kitchen. The pots and pans were all garage sale trash. One of……
