For budget accomodation, this definately punches above it's weight. For space and kitchen I would recommend over a cheap motel. Whilst old, the rooms were clean and comfortable for a nights stay with our dog.

Handy location to the shops and beach. An older style renovated apartment with new appliances. Was fine for me travelling solo for a few nights and would be even better value for a family. Good value for money if you don't mind and older style apartment.

Older style self-contained units, but very clean and tidy and have everything you need for your sta - and always at a great price. Fantastic location just off Myer St and a short walk to everything. This was my fourth stay at Anchorage and it’s my “Go To” in Lakes. Older style self-contained units but well maintained, clean and have everything you want and always at great value compared to other places nearby. Excellent location just off Myer St so easy walk to shops, restaurants and the footbridge to the beach. Paul the host is great at communication and I turned up late on a cold night to find a welcome light on and the heating on ready for me. Already have my next stay here booked
