“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”

“Comfy and clean but none of the tv’s worked- any channel or station gave error message or just sat on loading- that was disappointing ”

“Everything was fine except.... The dishwashing detergent provided was useless! It took a huge amount of it to even begin to remove any fat from the dishes. Junk! At home, we use a generic brand that works well, but not this. UGH!! The little cottage was cute, the view was amazing! Overall, we had a good time. I thought about a 3 star review because of the soap, though..”

“The description failed to mention that the property is overlooking a water treatment facility and the lights were on all night. Also, door could not be locked upon exiting so I risked all my belongings being stolen. Also had someone follow me down the alley when I came back at night. Barely an ocean view.”
