「Lakefront Guest house was exactly what we needed for the family wedding weekend that we attended in Windthorst, TX. We were very limited in our choices of rentals since we had two dogs, a cat and 5 adults (3 young adults kids). Kazi was kind enough to allow our three furry family members to stay with us. The layout of the house was perfect with three bedroom and three full bathrooms. The only tiny issue we had was I am very short (5'11 3/4") and I was unable to see in the bathroom mirrors......

「Such an amazing stay that we wanted to stay longer. Even our local family was amazed and wanted to know how to book it for themselves. The owners have gone the extra mile and then some with having all the little stuff you might need and forgot. We will definitely have to book whenever we come down to visit.」

「This property is up and coming. I like that the property has a security door that needs a code to come in. Also, everything is looks brand new. It is certainly unique, not like a Hyatt or Fairfield Inn. And it close to downtown and if needed, Kell Blvd and Kemp street, which for all you out-of-towners is a good thing because it is that is a main drag and mostly everything is there or off Southwest Pkwy. I look forward to going back. 」

「We were in town for an Air Force Jet Pilot Pinning, so we were not in the house for a long period of time, but everything was super clean and ample supplies were available. We truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog. It’s a great house and had a great yard. We would use it again if we returned.」

「The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. 「My sister and I had a really nice time staying here in this shabby chic unit. Everywhere we looked there was something new to see. We loved the repurposed items..such clever uses. Everything was neat, fresh smelling and clean. The residential neighborhood is located in an area where taking a morning run or walk is safe with minimal traffic. We would gladly stay here for another visit with family who live in Wichita Falls.」

「The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve.
