Our two-level, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home includes a fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining, and living room with large windows that capture the majestic beauty of Flathead Lake nestled beneath the world-renown Montana Big Sky. Inside this custom-designed home (built in 2020), each bedroom has its own picturesque mountain lake view. The lower level walkout is just 30 feet from the warm waters of Hughes Bay - accessible by boat and safe swimming for kids of all ages. If stairs are a problem, the entire upper level is wheelchair accessible.

The entire house is accessible to our guests, with the exception of one small locked closet that contains a few personal items belonging to the owners.

* Please, note: Flathead Lake is fed by melting snowpack. This means the water levels of the lake vary depending on the season. Water levels begin to recede in November and the melting snowpack begins to refill the lake in May. Water is back to full pool from June-mid October (approximately.) We highly recommend a vehicle that drives well in snowy/icy conditions. Our driveway is plowed regularly, but this is Montana! Winters can make for slick driving conditions. 4WD is best!
