There was no gas problem. We tried to come in to assess any propblem. They said they were ok for the night. The guest then shut off gas to 5 rooms with out telling us until the next day. We even tried to change the room. We continued on to refund 1 of the nights stay. This guest was unreasonable. I'm sorry, this review has no merit in our opinion.

This is an unfair review. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice. Yes the fireplace was turned off and all are, at a certain time of yr. The refrigerator works fine and no abnormal sounds.. These guests made very loud sex admitting so and caused a problem with younger guests next to them.. The same happened with the other guests with their loud talk very late in the night. If either one had called me, I would have gone in a direction to quiet them both down. Nothing was said until the next morning. Everyone loves our place and look forward to returning. I don't like responding to these but with the unfair review, I felt it necessary. Chuck.

Hello - The city hasn't allowed businesses to put up signs on their easements on Hwy 260. It can be a bit difficult to find the resort for this reason. Chuck

Hello - Thanks for staying and come again!!

Kitchenette rooms are of a cabin style. Full kitchens have more space. Sorry for no can opener there should have been one. We are upgrading the TVs. Most have already been replaced. Our rooms really bring on a cabin style feel, but are still designated as rooms. The fireplaces in most of the rooms do bring on the comfy/cozy feel. We have 6 rooms that are lakefront and do make them quite nice. We are located right on the lake and for those rooms that aren't, are just a very short walk away. Thanks for staying!! Chuck
