The Big Black Barn with Views for Days

Nestled on 15 acres and less than 1/2 mile from the quaint town of Lakeside Montana, our `Big Black Barn` offers an unparalleled retreat for those seeking tranquility and adventure. Surrounded by pristine landscapes with breathtaking views of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains, it`s the space is perfect getaway for families and groups.

Our thoughtfully designed space offers a full kitchen, gas fireplace, hi-speed internet, two pullouts, a gym, hot tub, BBQ, and more!

BEDROOM #1:
Located on the main living floor right off the kitchen, this bedroom has a queen bed. There is a main floor bathroom (shower/bathtub combo) right across the hall that guests can use.

BEDROOM #2:
Located in a separate mother-in-law section, this bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a moderate sized shower. A closet, nightstands with lamps, as well as a smart TV are also provided.

BEDROOM #3:
Located upstairs in the main living area, the master bedroom offers a king bed as well as stunning views of Flathead Lake. A large bathroom (double sink vanity and shower), walk in closet, and smart TV are also provided. This space also has a full sized desk and comfortable recliner.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACE #1:
The sofa in the main living area can be converted to a queen bed. It`s not a pullout, but far more comfortable with a base that is added and then a 6` mattress placed on top of that...feels like an actual bed.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACE #2:
The sofa in the mother-in-law suite folds open and then a 6` queen sized mattress is placed on top. This is much more comfortable than a traditional pullout sofa bed.

KITCHEN:
The space comes with a fully stocked and very functional kitchen. Everything you need to cook dinners with family and friends is provided. If there is anything special you require that is not provided, please let us know and we will do our best to deliver it to you.

DINING AREAS:
The space provides ample seating. The dining table seats 6. There is additional seating at the island and peninsula for another 6.

MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE:
The space comes with a unique area that can be opened or made private depending on your needs. It`s a mother-in-law suite with a bedroom that has its own bathroom. The main area has a sofa (can be made into a queen bed), two recliners, 2 bean bags, bookshelves full of games, and a large screen smart TV. It also has a small bar with a sink, mini fridge, and complete coffee/tea set up.

GYM:
The space provides a large gym/game room/office. This area hosts a variety of workout equipment (treadmill, spin bike, rowing erg, erg bike, ski erg, free weights, yoga mats, and much more), foosball/air hockey table, comfortable sofa, large desk table with a printer and office supplies. It also has a full sized fridge for additional food and beverages that your group may need to store.

OUTDOOR AREA:
This outdoor space comes complete with an open patio with lots of seating, a gas fire pit, large hot tub, bbq grill, good sized lawn, and views for days.
