This house sits on the water overlooking South Tenmile lake featuring breathtaking lake views from both master bedrooms as well as the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. With 4 bedrooms this house can accommodate up to 10 guests and is the perfect retreat. This property sits on over an acre with a private gate entry and pathway to the private dock. Enjoy sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, or dock your personal boat.

Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, main living room with a TV, master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Downstairs has a second living room with a full kitchen and a breakfast nook. Downstairs also features a master bedroom with a king size bed, gas burning and wood burning fireplaces, dining area, and a television.

Bring your own boat and enjoy private parking on the dock or rent a water vessel of your choice from Ringo’s Lakeside Marina within a 10 minute drive from the house. Cruise the lake, go fishing, soak up the sun or rent sand buggies and ATV’s at Spinreel Dune Buggy & ATV Rentals.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring all dish-ware and dining utensils, BBQ utensils, pressure cooker, drip coffee maker, french press, keurig, instant pot, air fryer, steamer, electric griddle, and plenty of mixing bowls, and serving dishes.
