“My family stayed at this rental to view the total solar eclipse. The cottage was perfect for our needs! We appreciated how clean it was, including fresh white fluffy towels. Great WiFi and a comfortable reclining couch in the living area. We were able to walk down to the park for the eclipse viewing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque spot. The whole family from age 3 to 75+ had a wonderful time! Would absolutely stay in this house again. Thank you!”

“The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. The beds were wonderful! Cute place over all,……

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.”

“This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.”

“This was the third time we have stayed at this house and we are making plans to return again in the fall! We have been fishing the White River for over 30 years and have stayed at a myriad of houses and resorts but nothing can hold a candle to this place. Our guides pick us up and drop us off on the river at the bottom of the stairs behind the house. It doesn’t get more convenient than that! The house has every amenity you could ask for and more. “This place was great for a weekend stay. The back is beautiful. It is a very busy river spot in the mornings but the view and the fishing is great! Lots of wildlife. Only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Would stay again.”
