「This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV」

「This hotel is so old and run down. It is in need of a massive renovation to make it live up to the description “resort.” The elevator is ancient and reminds me of The Shining. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had very bad water pressure. The carpet in the rooms and hallways is threadbare in spots, dirty, and needs replaced badly. We won’t be back.」

「Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells.」

「Oven was broken so hot breakfast items limited, making it difficult for us as we eat a high protein diet. No microwave for instant oatmeal. Breakfast area very cramped with little space to sit. Treadmill was broken. Fitness room difficult to access and you have to enter pool area to access it which makes it difficult to enter even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. Our bathroom toilet was unflushed upon entry into room.」

「We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.」

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」

「Clean room, clean bathroom, good nights sleep. Parking was free & right next door. My only complaint would be the temperature of our room was a bit warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change it much. Otherwise, decent stay.」

「the hallways smelled like they had a sewer problem. the room was fine. i didn't like the booking on line aspect. It made me feel like my booking might not work because they pushed me to get the $4.50 insurance but that company charged me $9.00 and it was just me and there was no option to select just one person...appeared like a scam trick. i was also not able to speak with hotel morgan directly about making a reservation.」

「The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.」
