The place is old and a little run down the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Good Mexican restaurant right next door. It’s a place to sleep nothing more.

The whole place was awful. We will never go there again! The lamps had 2 lights out, the tv channels were sparse, no phone in the room and the shower and tub didn't look clean at all.

Whole experience felt dirty. Towels had holes in them and didn't feel clean. Bathroom had random stains on the walls. Furniture wanted to open and not stay closed. Many outlets did not work. Walls are paper thin and neighbors wanted to sleep while having the TV on loud.

The name, "Executive Suites & Inn" was totally misleading. There were fewer than 12 units, shabby, dirty, small, and noisy. Bathtub was tiny, dirty, and damaged. Beds smelled bad. It appeared that drug deals were going on on the property. The guy at the front desk did not speak any English and had to call someone on his cell to translate. The key was marked 232 but it turned out the room was 132 (or were all the keys the same). I did not feel safe.

Rooms are comfy and clean just out of date and rundown. For the price you get what you pay for but Lakeview seems on the high end as far as hotel cost. Simple check in and out.
