As myself and my husband walked in the room,my heart was broken, because of the stain visibly on the floor ,in the living room. Expedia has assured me that, everything will be alright with my reservation, but sadly the stain spoiled the high expectations. 「Was greeted by an extremely friendly bearded man who joked about being from the North. North Bay he said, not North Poll. Made the grandkids laugh with that comment. He is an asset to your establishment. 」

「My only complaint was that both myself and my daughter were walkinf with a cane and they gave us the farthest room possible from the front desk. The person who checked us in should have took the time to explain to us that we could drive around and park by the patio door.」
