Okay

Let’s start with the good. This house is in a great area. We loved being close to Pinehurst but out of the traffic. The lake was nice to walk to and fish. We loved the porch. It was extremely clean and the host has really provided extra things that you don’t normally get in a vacation rental that you need. The host also has taken a lot of time to decorate the property. It is very cute. But I have to be honest, it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. This is an old house with old house issues. Starting with the foundation. The foundation has sunk. Every floor in this house is going down hill. We try very hard to be careful with the property so that we don’t damage anything but it was incredibly difficult because nothing is level. We knocked over a whole nightstand after barely touching it because it fell down the hill. Thank goodness nothing broke! All the beds were rolling with us in them.Nothing wanted to stay put. Also the plumbing was very finicky.It was incredibly uncomfortable. Because of this we would not stay here again.
