“This was our third stay at Magnolia, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The stream is beautiful and they just opened a restaurant. The food was really good. My only complaint is a cleanliness. I would suggest that they do some quality control around the cleanliness because the lodge was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty. There was some hair in the top. I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because it was not clean.. just something to focus on moving forward.……

“We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings. “Property itself was great, no complaints about that. Unfortunately the check-in process to get there was extremely difficult, especially with the large number of cars that my party had. Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license. Some members of our party waited for an hour only to find out they weren’t on the list. I’m not even sure it’s the hosts fault, it’s just something to keep in mind especially for……
