“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was fun. Unfortunately Lakeway Resort charges resort fees and resort prices — which don’t match the quality (or lack thereof). The bathroom was laughably small, in desperate need of updating, it flooded when anyone took a shower. Additionally the carpet in the room needed serious cleaning — pet stains, wine (or blood) splatters, and marks that any normal hotel would address. House keeping wasn’t great either — our call for extra towels was……

“Absolutely loved my stay, it was so memorable! Only thing I have to say is I was really bummed out there wasn’t a full body mirror anywhere in my suite, the only available mirror was the one in the bathroom above the sink and it showed my reflection roughly from the waist up (I am 5’4 for reference). Also, a laundry basket would’ve been helpful given that my room had in-unit washer and dryer and I had nowhere proper to throw together my dirty garments but that’s just a thought. Nonetheless, I……
