「I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. 「My family and I had an awesome week here. Beautiful home. Very nice decor. The home was very clean. Easy check in/out. Having a parking spot was a major plus. Quiet area. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A lot of little welcoming touches. Top notch beach chairs and umbrella. The only things you need to pack are your clothes. Everything else was supplied. Excellent communication with host. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay here again. 」
