「The Hampton Inn was great - clean, comfortable, new finishes, easy to access, solid WiFi, and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. There are a variety of stores and restaurants nearby and helpful staff to provide what you need.」

「The young desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was not working, and the clerk explained there's very few companies in TN who could it. Doesn't help when you plan your stay for a hotel because they advertise a hot tub. The water temperature in the pool wasn't comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, the toilet ran, and there were several huge stinkbugs in the room. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location--safe and easy access to the highway. 」

「It was a good value. A would have preferred a frig with a freezer compartment to refreeze my cooler’s blue ice, but the frig kept them cold enough to not thaw out too much. 」
