"The staff was exceptional. The hotel was in a great part of town near the Royal Palace. The little Street and the square that the hotel sat on was removed from the bustle of Bangkok. The little restaurants nearby were wonderful and the vibe of the young hip crowd was invigorating. Hotel was in an exceptional value room was great "

"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay."

"This hotel is amazing! The suite I stayed in was exceptional. Clean and spacious, the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. The staff were also incredible, extremely kind and helpful with all requests and questions. In particular I would like to praise Ms. Shin and Ms. Elli who alternated between the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge. They were not just helpful but also personable and easy to chat with. The housekeeper for the room Ms. Ann was also very pleasant and helpful."
