"Everything was great except the 2 flimsy towels and 2 small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. We got the king bed deluxe room on 5th floor which is quiet."

"Externally looks great but interior fittings are poor for this old building. Wifi is poor and kept cutting off for no apparent reason. Bathtub was dirty as appeared never been cleaned. TV reception is poor on a small tiny 24 inch size screen. Breakfast has improved with some variations but presence of houseflies appeared unhygienic. Housekeeping staff are erratic and sometimes did not even change bath towel or replace items used. Only a few odd wardrobe hangers per room. Disposable sandals are a joke. Valid for very short stays "
