I don't think you will find a better staff in Thailand. They are pleasant ,attentive and they have a sense of humor. They can also speak a little English .

Hotel für Gruppentouren

Das Hotel ist für Gruppentouren ausgerichtet, dementsprechend gross sind die Aufenthalts- und Essräume. Dadurch herrscht keine gemütliche Atmosphäre trotz schöner Gartenanlage. Die zwei Bars luden nicht zum verweilen ein, wirkten geschlossen. Das Frühstück ist einfach und wenig abwechslungsreich. Zu Fuss ist man in 30min in der Stadt. Das Personal freundlich, aber mit wenig englisch Kenntnissen.

Stilvolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Wienglakor in Lampang ist ruhig gelegen mit guter Straßen-Anbindung. Das Zimmer (Classic-Zimmer) war ansprechend gestaltet, mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war gut (a la Carte, kleine vorgegebene Auswahl) und das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet den ganzen Tag eine gute Auswahl leckerer Gerichte. Es gibt Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände.

최악 시설 최악의 호텔 위치

시설이 노후화하여 여기저기 고장이 보입니다. 특히 객실 에아콘은 소음이 심해 취침이 불가능하여 끊고 잤습니다. 조식은 그야말로 엉망입니다. 호텔 근처에 먹을 만한 식당조차없어 그나마 억지라도 먹어야 합니다. 고객이 없어서 그런지 종업원들은 그들끼리 떠들기 빠쁜니다 최악입니다. 침대보에 감싼 담요는 너무 오래되어 살갗을 파고들 정도로 까실까실 합니다.

老舗のホテルらしく風格のある建築。古いがよく手入れされていてチーク材の床はピカピカ。タイ式朝食（豚か牛か選べる）骨付き肉のスープが絶品でやみつきになります。バンコクでは食べたことのない優しい味付けです。北部料理？　スタッフさんもキッチリしています。

Nice stay

The main building which houses the guest rooms is not new, but it’s functional, clean, comfortable and fine in every way… at the back though is the new build and restaurant which is a beautiful construction around a water feature and is totally charming

- das Zimmer war abgewohnt, alle Schalter und Schränke abgegriffen - WLAN überlastet und unbrauchbar - nur eine nutzbare Steckdose im Zimmer - ab 8 Uhr macht das Housekeeping mit Walkie Talkie Lärm auf dem Gang - das Restaurant hat wenig Auswahl und ohne Geschmack (der Garten vom Restaurant wäre aber echt schön) - das Frühstück besteht nur aus einem Reisgericht und Spiegelei, wir haben das dann ausgelassen - der Ausblick der Zimmer mit gerader Nummer ist hässlich (siehe Foto) Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert, da bieten 20 Euro Unterkünfte vermutlich mehr...

Immer noch das erste Haus in Lampang

Charmantes altes Hotel, Zimmer (Classic) absolut in Ordnung, gut eingerichtet, großer HDTV Fernseher, schnelles Internet (32 mbps), vpn- und streaming fähig, sauber, Matratzen etwas alt und hart, Zimmer mit Fenster nach Westen vermeiden, hässlicher Ausblick. Personal hilfsbereit und höflich, Rezeption Smartphonefrei. Parkplatz direkt am Kellereingangslift. Central Einkaufszentrum 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für die Einheimischen das erste Haus in Lampang. Insgesamt wegen der Vorzüge und der zentralen Lage 5 Sterne.

The hotel’s staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. However, the hotel itself’s quite old and dark. A little brightness would be good.

地方の高級ホテルといった感じ。全体的にまあまあです。

ランパーンでは宿泊費が高い方ですが、まあ地方のやや高級なホテルといった感じでした。 設備はちょっと古いです。特に水回り。一番安いカテゴリに泊まりましたが部屋は広くて窓も大きく明るい部屋でした。眺望は近所の建物の屋根ですが。。 セーフティボックスがないのが残念。wifiはよくつながります。 レイトチェックアウトは4時までで200バーツ。リーズナブルで遠慮なく使えるのでよいと思います。 20時の列車に乗る予定だったのでチェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらいついでにモバイルバッテリの充電頼んだら快く対応してもらえました。 ただ預ける際引換券などはありません。 ランパーンの街は小さいので中心地から離れている気がしてましたが気にならない程度。時計台まで15分前後で歩けます。バスステーションはもっと近く歩いて行けたのが便利でした。馬車乗り場も近くにあります。 帰り鉄道駅までのタクシーを呼んでもらおうと思ったらホテルが無料送迎してくれるとのことできれいな乗用車で送ってもらいました。 ここは朝食がイマイチ。チャイニーズを選んだらおかゆのみ。今回の旅のワーストでした。

Aun siendo un 4 estrellas, el hotel necesito una reforma y actualizacion de las habitaciones y los baños. El hall es bonito y bien decorado. Pero el resto de las instalaciones requieren reforma. El desayuno es escaso. No tiene piscina. A 15 minutos caminando del centro de Lampang.

部屋の設備に？を感じた。

到着して２時間近くwifiが使えなかった。 設備にバスローブとあったが、なかった。フロントに問い合わせたところ元々そうしたサービスはしてないとのことであった。 バスルームのアメニティに歯ブラシがないのはがっかりした。このクラスのホテルでは考えられない。
