“Well let me start with the location of the house. On VRBO the house location on map is just east of the center of town. In reality it is 12 km (according to google) south of downtown. I contacted the owner about the house address because I was trying to arrange a golf trip and needed transportation. Never got a physical address till we landed. In fact, our taxi driver had to talk to a thai speaking person the manager put on the phone to figure out how to get there. Once we got to the house we……

“My family of six (spouse, three kids, mother-in-law) had a great time at Chez Pom. The house is right between the old city and the night bazaar, so there was plenty of night life to be had within walking distance. Yet because the house is set back from the street it was surprisingly quiet. The house was very clean, and the AC in each room was wonderful. Pom gave us a helpful tour when we arrived and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was helpful given our many sweaty adventures……

“The apartment literally has everything that you need for a great stay. It is well appointed, and spacious, without having any wasted space. The front porch area is lovely, with nice flowers and plants, and it is on a very quiet street. Just ignore the rooster. He is part of the experience anyway. The washing machine works great, and our hosts had everything we needed supplied, all we had to do was show up, unpack, relax, and enjoy our time in Chiang Mai. Which we did, thoroughly. “This was the accommodation on our Thailand trip! The house is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom livingroom + dining area on a quiet soi and it's located end of the street. The WiFi was realibe, which was crucial for my work. The comfortable bedrooms and the ample diningroom, complete with airconditioning, made our stay very pleasant. It's conventiently located just a 15-min walk from the old city of CM, with numerous shops and restaurants along the way. I would definitely choose to stay here……

“The property was difficult to find for the Grab driver, but itself was alright. It is next to a tattoo parlor and bar, but the bar owner was wonderful and friendly. We were told by a local that we were in the "red light" district, which explained quite a bit. The residence itself was fine. Living room and kitchen were nice size. The bathroom, was fine, but no outlets. Shower was huge. Upstairs had two bedrooms of good size. I will say the upstairs and stair flooring was breaking down, and……
