“We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive. ”

“The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. ”

“Everything about this place was great. Isolated location, but within 15 minutes of anything a person would want or need. Very comfortable if you want to just relax and go nowhere. Just as advertised. Would choose it again if we head that way again.”

“The house fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck. We ate our meals out there. Although the location is a few miles from Bella Vista town center and a few miles of windy roads to the house, it was very close to a swimming pool. We own a lot in BV and could swim there. I am not sure if you have to be a property owner to do so. We enjoyed at a yard falls and many other activities in the area. We plan to return next summer. Thank you VRBO.”

As a bird lover, I appreciated watching all the birds both in the trees nearby and the bluffs across the lake. The family enjoyed taking the kayaks over to see the bluffs and playing in the water. There's a lot to do nearby in Bella Vista and Bentonville. ”
