“Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property……
