「Beautiful spot」

「Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. 」

「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「Very Clean Room 」

「This is an historic hotel that has been upgraded to be clean and comfortable. That said, some details were overlooked. For example, one room didn't have any moisturizer. In another room, the heater in the bathroom didn't work. Some rooms had microwaves others didn't. A coffee creamer in one of the rooms was coagulated that is to say gone bad, but the beds were good. Everything was super clean, plenty of pillows and towels. The shower was good. There was hot water at the sink as well. Coffee tea...

「The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming and gave clear instructions re all the amenities and provided me with a bucket and two bags of ice. Even though close to the highway the room was quiet and all items functioned very well. The bed was excellent and the bathroom and room very clean. Great Place.」

「Keith and Donna are amazing hosts! Each morning they prepared the most extravagant breakfast. Fresh baked berry scones, fruit parfait, coffee, juice, vegetable omelette, locally made fresh bread and belgian waffles. The home was very clean, filled with light. I chose the room with the ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the lake. Absolutely loved my stay! Highly recommend keith and Donnas B&B. 」
