“Brandy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. That's very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was actually the best room we've ever gotten in this price range.”

“The pool amenities were poorly maintained old torn umbrellas faded pool was not cleaned vacuumed. The room was adequate except toilet had issues filling up to flush properly. Brought attention to staff was told work order was submitted 2 days before we arrived. They did suggest that we could change room we declined since we were leaving early in am”

“The property was clean, staff was ok. The only problem was I chose Homewood Suites for the pool amenities. When I got there the pool was shut down from health inspection. I wish they would have disclosed that to us. The sent us down to the other properties pool. That pool was disgusting. I won’t be staying there again.”

“My circumstances regarding my situation call for exceptions to “policy” and my rating is not due to policy per se but because I think there was very little customer service. The person at the late night window had a very detached level of concern and sadly a true lack of empathy. I may be aging myself but customer service requires the server to help the customer… basically problem solve, think outside the box, call someone, and/or at least smile. I had chosen this location and establishment……

“The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The AC unit was a little noisy but most of them are in my experience. The breakfast was okay. Waffles, cereal and bagels and toast. Coffee and juice”

“First room we got had unknown stains on the carpet. So they did change are room but it was a bit smelly. It’s next to the highway so we definitely heard the cars at night. Breakfast was good. Your basic breakfast, they did have a waffle makers so that was good. Parking is free so big plus. Staff was friendly but we never got our beds remade they only took out the garbage. Also they gave us only three towels and we had 4 guess. It was close to the mall and a lot of food places. Pool and jacuzzi……

“Nice hotel. Clean n neat. Our room was spacious except the toilet seat was loose n placed request. They couldn't fix it. The bathroom fan was not working either. Breakfast was good too but not enough Breakfast sandwiches was not available on time we had to ask for it any everytime they only put 4 sandwiches at a time on the warmer.”
